Kimberley Care Village

Nadine has worked in care for almost 24 years; the whole of that time has been within Kimberley Care Home.

 

She has worked in various positions over the years, including providing training for junior staff.

Nadine is passionate about working in care and describes this as a way of life, with Kimberley Care Home becoming her family.

​

Nadine’s qualifications include NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership, Train the Trainer, and A1 Assessor.

Karen has worked in care for the elderly for 22 years, ranging from residential to nursing needs.

 

Karen works alongside Nadine, safeguarding residents and providing the best quality of care. She is passionate in working in dementia care and considers our residents and colleagues as family.

 

Karen’s qualifications include NVQ Level 5 Management and Leadership.
